“ Went there on a Sunday the place was packed. We had to sit in the outside area with torch heaters and plastic on the outside. I was so happy that I loved love loved my meal. I had the seafood stew. It was fantastic. Can't stop thinking about it will be back. ”

“ I dined here with my family for my wife's birthday. It took slightly long to get our first cocktail order in, about 10-15 minutes. But, after that, timeliness was not a problem. The cocktails were excellent, everyone at the table ordered something different and they all were well-made. Nothing was overly sweet, and they all had unique flavor profiles and fun glassware. The environment was pleasant. The decor is comfortable and stylish, and the noise level was very reasonable. We were able to converse easily across the table. The appetizers were delicious. We ordered the cheeseburger egg rolls, chicken taquitos, fried brussel sprouts, some oysters, and table bread service. Each one was delicious and unique. We felt similarly about our entrees. We ordered steak frites, penne vodka with chicken cutlet, the skirt steak special with mushrooms, and a seafood medley with jasmine rice. Everyone raved about their meals and we would be happy to come back again. The only reason we didn't get dessert is because we were so stuffed. But, even with that, our waiter still brought out a single scoop of vanilla ice cream with a candle for my wife's birthday, a nice touch. Overall, five stars is well-deserved. I'd absolutely come back here, and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for an enjoyable and delicious night out in Fairfield. ”

“ This was the first time that we've been here and couldn't be more excited to be here. The food, service, atmosphere were all top notch. In terms of food, the portions were perfect, the food was good enough that you wanted to finish it all, and it was enough so that you didn't over eat and feel uncomfortable afterwards. Also, as a personal note, as a rum drinker, I've come to expect that most places just have Bacardi, Malibu, not what us rum drinkers would consider to be preferred choice, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a Greek rum called Kavo, which I hadn't had in a long time, so it definitely hit the spot. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place with good food, and even better service. ”

“ Despite a large group, the service was very responsive and helpful! The menu had such a great variety that it was difficult to narrow down, but ended up with the jambalaya, which was great and had a nice variety of seafood and traditional ingredients. Had a nice spicy kick! Had calamari as an appetizer which was lightly breaded to perfection. Definitely will come back to try other entrées! ”

“ I've been there for dinner and for brunch, and both times have been very pleased with the food and the drinks. My favorite salad was the baby kale salad with beets and fried goat cheese - it's a large portion! Their mock tails are just as good as their cocktails and the service is fast and friendly...sometimes you go to a restaurant and you feel like they are rushing you out, or waiting for you to leave. That is not this place! Also, their glassware is gorgeous. ”

It would be helpful to have some healthy choices in addition to the usual fried appetizers. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and well organized. The decor is lovely and there is both indoor and outdoor seating. The crowd was eclectic, and seemed to be made up of mostly tourists. ”
